Tenants Fees:
Replacement/lost keys – You may collect a replacement key from us at our office during our opening hours, you must pay for the cost of the key which you have lost. A typical cost per key is £5.00 for an item such as a gate fob, these would typically cost around £20-30.00.
In circumstances where you would like us to attend the property for you to gain access to the property, there will be a charge of £15.00 per hour, this would include the time to collect the key from site and attend the property.
Late payments – Payments which are due for over 14 days may be subject to a late payment fee, this charge is 3% over the Bank of England base rate.
Changes to a tenancy agreement under a tenant’s request – A charge of £50.00 will be made if the tenant(s) wish to alter the tenancy agreement for example to allow pets to be kept in the property, to change a sharer in a joint tenancy or any other amendment which alters the obligation of the agreement.
